Breach of Labour Law in the IT Company

I lodge a complaint regarding the violation of Weekly Holiday Act by one of the major IT company JILIT Private Limited. It is located at the sahibabad industrial area of UP. In the payslips/ books, it is stated that the employees get weekly off each month as 4 or 5, whereas in reality, the employees are not getting any of such weekly off.

Kindly take appropriate action for the same.
