We stay at 2ndcross 3rd main kalyananagar, Nagarabhavi road, Bangalore-560072. The temple, Shanimahthma temple, is making so much of loudspeaker menace that we are not able to sustain the noise pollution even after closing our windows, we cannot stay peaceful in our respective homes. We neighbors requested them several times to lower the volume but they do not lessen the volume but as a mark of revenge for the complaint they increase the volume levels to extent we would have headaches, higher BP levels. The temple would not have trustees, and the show is run like a goon handling the situation. The people who run the temple have already threatened all the people around of dire consequences if the we complain, we did go to the nearest police station with a FIR, but the authorities made a compromising statement to run the show with lower volumes. This has aggravated the situation and there is absolute no control on the loudspeaker volume levels. We are all hindus around and we would love to enjoy festivals in our respective homes peacefully, rather due to the loudspeaker volume we are chased out of our respective homes to find a place to avoid this noise pollution on the eve of every festival. Our pain would start every day at 5am and stop at 1pm, again start by 5pm and end at 10pm. Young babies in the neighborhood are affected towards their natural right of sleeping in a peaceful atmosphere, children up to 6 years of age are considered to be very sensitive to noise. A student cannot concentrate towards his/her studies with unnecessary disturbance due to loud music. Aged and sick are rendered high irritation because of the noise generated by the loudspeaker, leading to high blood pleasure, depression, fatigue, distraction, mental stress and annoyance. Hope some one would read this and take some concrete and long lasting action.
