Hardware problem

Dear Sir,

i had purchased a laptop before 3 months model no-g450 sn.no-cbq0200901 which is not sorting down and drom problem.i m calling on your customer care no 180030700010 and talk many times but your cce not responding properly and cutting the calls.till now m unable to log my complaint.without having complaint number your service center also not giving any responce.

so you are requested to take nesasary action on it.otherwise i will go to consumer court.
