Phone dead

My both the office landline phones are dead from 21/11. Complaint was made on 22/11 and docket numbers are as under.

2235-1330 =N5036

2235-1634 =N5037.

Both the telephones are out of order from last 4/5 days. I am not getting your landline phone number 2235-2198 to check the complaint position. Kindly restore my telephone immidiately.
