Dear Sir,
I am suffering from serious threat from Mr. Debabrata Banerjee who along with his family was given shelter in our premise -816/5 Diamond Harbour rd Kolkata-63 opposite to thakurpukur police station.By our utter shock he had formed a fake company named M/s banerjee and company whose papers he could not deliver when the eviction case was pending in Hon, ble 5th Munsefs Bench in Alipore. Judgement was in our favour where Debabrata s Eviction order was passed on 21/02 . But till now he is giving shelter to as many people in our premise by not allowing us to enter the same. He is threatening us everytime. My husband stays outstation and i have to stay with my only son. My brother in law is a mental patient so i cant take anybodys help. We had filed general diary in Thakurpukur police station.many times but thy have kept mum.
Please help me sir otherwise he might harm us. Debabrata had shifted his family to another place. He is taking help of the local hooligans.
