PF unduely withheld

Dear Sir,

I was an employee of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS India Pvt. Ltd), Cochin. I resigned from the services of the company on July 10. I had submitted my PF and EPS withdrawal forms (Form 19 and Form 10 C) with a copy of my PAN card and cancelled cheque to the organisation. I was told that the forms were misplaced from the office and I was asked to submit the forms again. I re submitted the forms and since then i am following up with the officials of the company for the withdrawal. I am not getting any response from the officials of the company and I am in dark as far as my PF withdrawal is concerned.

My PF account number is KN/BN/35329/4406.

Sir, Please provide justice to me, as it is my entitlement under the Employees Provident Fund Act, 1952.

I am expecting a favourable action from your side, as the employer is withholding my PF without any valid reason.
