Not Agreeing for exchange

Hi,

I got a book for my sister from SAIRAM BOOK PARADISE, Gandhi Bazaar, Bangalore.2days back. Later I found out that the book I got was a CA book. but I wanted MBA book. To my surprise both books have same name, author n other details. I just gave them the chit which my sis had given n checked whether all the details r same. But my sis told me she wanted MBA book n CA book was useless for her. When I went there to exchange they did not even respond properly they clearly said they can't exchange the book once its sold. It was a matter of Rs.350 n they haven't put any seal on the book they have only given the receipt so they can sell it to someone else. But they didn't do. So don ever buy any book from SAIRAM BOOK PARADISE. They have a very bad customer service n they speak cheap. All the big outlets give so much time to exchange but these people didn't exchange after a single day. I have lost Rs.350 but I don want others to get cheated by these people. BEWARE OF SAIRAM BOOK PARADISE
