We have been having Airtel DSL connections for the last few years on 41210347 and now last 3 days the DSL is not working. We have lodged a compliant 6936740 two days back and the services are very very poor. To our great surprise, we get to hear that the DSL connection is cancelled. We fail to understand the service levels of Airtel last few days and have serious issues answering to our customers and suppliers on the lack of response.
Will someone responsible take appropriate action and get the same restored with immediate effect. We have been made to go from pillar to post for getting the same restored in the last 2 days.
