Dear Sir/Madam,
From 2004 onwards, We were the regular customer for EurekaForbes and we use only Eureka forbes for water purifier since we found the service was good.
Due to the good service and response, we purchased Protec on 16.05.2011 from Mr. Pathmanathan S (Sales Representative).
From the day one onwards, we found fault in the machine and it is not working properly. Hence we called Pathmanathan S but he gave the response
"My work is only for Sales". So we directly went and complaint the Ambattur branch, then the technician came and changed the damaged memorian for adjustment
We did not get proper response from the Ambattur branch, hence we directly contact the Helpline then they changed the memorian and we used the machine
for one week.
After a week, the machine is not working properly and again we complaint Mr. Kannan (Ambattur Service Incharge) but he is not responding properly.
Hence we called the Helpline again for service, and they gave the customer Complaint No.62569044.The technician came and told, some fault in the adaptator.
Again the technician came and changed the damaged adaptator for adjustments and Mr. Kannan is mainly supporting for adjusting the damaged parts
and he is not giving the good parts to the technicians.
Due to this reason, we complaint the Helpline again and they gave the Customer Complaint No.84984379 and also they gave the mobile No.to contact the
Ambattur Area Manager Mr. Gupta and even that person also not responding properly. He is not looking whether the co-workers is working or not
and if we complained him also he did not take any necessary steps and threating the customer how do you got my Mobile No.
Totally, there is no response from the Ambattur branch and if we call them they use misuse words to the ladies in the house. Please take necessary actions
on them.if you did not take any actions then we planned to move further for these issues and we planned to stop buying Eureka forbes goods. Satish is the one who talks indecently.
Even we tried the helplline so many times no one is taking care to change the machine.
Already we have sent the same issues through Fax to the head office at 5.50 PM on 17.06.2011 and mail at [email protected]. Even the Headoffice
also not taking any actions to the concerned persons.
Please let us know is there any rule in eurekaforbes that the Area Manager should not talk to the customer directly if they tell any issues.
Hence Kindly replace the machine fully and give us the new machines as early as possible.
