Mobile not received

I had booked my above said mobile phone on 03/04 . While booking the mobile phone i was assured by the exceutive that mobile will be received within 21 working days but now more than one month has been passed nothing has been heard from your side so far. Though i give repeated phone calls to your concerned office and excecutive no.022-40791234 it is not attended.

So i request you to look in this matter immediately.
