I had a flat in aravali view railvihar society, sec.56, Gurgaon. I have transferred my flat to Rt. Govt.officer. At the time of giving N.O.C. society had charged Rs 25000/-.As per my knowledge, Supreme Court has issued directives that society charges can not exceeds above Rs 10000/-.Kindly advise me what is the rule exactly.
