Stop my hello tune

I hve got a hello tune to my number without my knowledge and u have charged me Rs. 30 /- per month on wht basis

we are trying to contact the number given in the message 543211808, for cancellation of the hello tune but it sats tht the service is not available.

what type of service is this this is a service to the customer like me or a service to Airtel to fetch income from all these type of nuisance.
