Delay in sending demate request and supporting price ragging

This to reference to my wife smt arpita joothawat demate a/c i send 75 shares of Punjab woolcomber ltd and the DP had held up above shares more than 2 years in there dtowres and in mean time price of shares has gone to 2 rs to 40 and again Rs 2/

the nature of attitude applied by the above named DP has supported the promoters and send back the my shares and now company is delisted

please take appropriate action on this company and DP licence to be cancelled
