Dearsir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that on the EPFO website the status of the claim for my account no KN/26226/08, is appearing as "claim not received by this office".

But my previous employer Arihant Edyus I Pvt. Ltd has sent the withdrawal claim on 05th August as shown in the document that I have attached.

I request you to kindly take out some time and look into the matter.
