Payment Not Received

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am to receive my EPF payment but its been almost 10 month i have not received the same yet.

I am been advice every time by my EPF agent Mr. Suhas that it will be coming by next month end but yet i have not received it or got credited in my bank account.

My Name: Sachin Suresh More.

My EPF Acccount No.: MH / 40976 / 78.

My Payment is to be received from Kandivali Branch of EPF.

Please help me out of it, As i have got financial problem and i badly require money.

Phone Help Lines are not in use as i have been trying to call them since morning to evening but its of no use. Phone is kept on busy and some times it been service not available.
