I want to book gas cylinder on Customer No. AG-06383 issued in the name of my mother Savitri Devi, but since morning there is no reply on the given telephone Nos. of Ashu Gas Service i.e. 25105531, 25436130 and 41000075. The response of the gas agency is always like this the bell of the telephones rings but nobody response on the line. From my previous experience I learnt that this agency members are very irresponsible persons and they are not willing to work at all. Usually other agencies supplies cyliners on the same day or with in one or two days but this agency takes time to supply the cylinder more than that, and it creates inconvenience for the family members of our family. My father and mother are old persons and senior citizens and this agency compell my father to come to the agency and book the cylinder at the spot.
