Respected Sir,
I am Ashok kumar resident of 164 dda flates seelam pur -III WELCOME Delhi-110053. My Bharat Gas consumer number is 8366.
I had booked a gas on 03./01/11 and 13./01/11 ON TO MO Machine by my mobile no 9716040607 & still awaited, normally its deliver within week.
When i tried to speak the people gas agencies the number was always found not exist or ringing regularly nobody pickup the phone on 22819124 and 22819123/22819122
once earlier i visit the gas agencies personally i found the phone tone was in lowest mode, nobody can listen to that . they did it deliberately when i ask what is it?? answer was phone are not in working condition
Last whole week I am purchasing food from outside so i am facing big problem because i have a single connection of Gas.
This is vulnerable dealing of the company with customers.
Kindly i want a reason why the cylinder is not delivered yet
Finally why the company is not taking any action after filling many complaints against Ashwini Enterprises also i would like to know why the dealer is not answering the phone and why the not existing number given to the customers.
I should be very grateful if you kindly look unto this matter.
