I have always been ordering Bisleri 20 litres water from Asian Chemist since they do free home delivery. On the 13/10/08, I had called at 2pm and ordered for Bisleri water, they said it will be delivered. I called again at 6pm, they said the boy has left for delivery. The delivery boy comes with Bailey (20 ltrs), so I called and checked they told me send him back we will send you Bisleri. I waited till 8pm and called again. When I called the man on the phone tells me, no bisleri. After waiting for 6 hrs for delvery, he tells that the stock is over. I got angry and started telling him why did they aske me to wait for 6 hrs as I was totally out of water. I asked to speak to the Manager and the man on the phone tells me I am the Manager and we will not deliver again to your address. As I was telling him you'll dont know how to talk to cutomers, he hung up on me. I think such people who dont know how to talk to customers should shut down their shops and learn to offer customer service first. Please ensure proper action taken
