I purchased a Set up Box for Digital TV connection on 23rd September with one year warranty. I also paid for one year subscription.
The set up box stopped functioning on Wednesday 14th May. We registered a complaint with their Complaints section (Tel. No. 0484 3076100). No action was taken.
I registered a complaint again on 15th May. This time a complaint Number was issued - AD5/5201.
To date, no action has been taken.
Request your assistance in getting the set up box repaired or replaced.
