My Subscriber ID is GA00910653.I called up the customer care call centre day before yesterday since no service was available, when they responded with the standard query of sending some one for checking the same. Half a day, I tried to get the service restored even though there wasn't any outstanding amount on the connection. The next day, I called up again and got a complaint no 6/1110 which I was supposed to quote in all future correspondence. I waited for a full day and still no one turned up. I have never experienced such a bad customer service experience in my lifetime. Pls do the needful
