Sir/madam,

Since 9th September, the digital TV Connection to the above subscriber is not working and the response I got when reported the matter to the Asianet number 2427714 and 3299403 of the service providers have been extremely bad and irresponsible.

As of today, after TEN days and after repeated complaints the service has not been rectified and the Asia net is putting the blame on KSEB

I would very much like to hear your suggestions about the service provided by your franchise.
