Ireceived an email from asian lotto board about winning a prize.they wanted my identification and i send a scan of my passport, national identity card, bachelors degree certificate, account number.finally i received a certificate winner of 800.000$ deposit account of icbc.their agent of ace expediters service mr Francis Mcdavis wanted money to non registration ministry of finance to release my award and transfer me. I received an email from the webmaster of icbc: this is fraud and do not reply to them. I want to know if this is fake, what is this certificate winner? Do i send money for them or not?
