No contact since last 3months

Sir,

I am a dealer of asian paints since ten years. On helpline i filed a complaint no.601370299 regarding poor quality of Apex but nobody responded. After that i filed a complaint no.506437891 regarding my TSO mr.ankit that last 3months he never visited my shop and not responding to my phone even. Now it's very difficult to do buiseness. I am complainting again n again but nobody cares. Please help me.
