LOW VOLTAGE LACK OF PROPER DISTRIBUTION

Having to suffer with excessive load shedding in our area, There is a another problem with low voltage due to improper distribution of power. It is know from the LINESMAN that the scenario is due to lack of TRANSFORMER in our area. Don't know whom to contact and any action would be taken by concerned official and department in this regard.
