NON ISSUANCE OF CORRECTED /FRESH SCHEME CERTIFICATE

On my resignation from NORTH EASTERN ELECTRIC POWER CORPORATION Ltd., Shillong, I was issued a Scheme Certificate for Pension. Subsequently, I discovered that my date of birth is wrongly as mentioned in the same. I submitted the original certificate to the office of APFCommissioner, Shillong about one year back for correction of my date of birth and to issue me a fresh or corrected scheme certifcate. Thereafter, I have visited their officer several times, made telephonic enquiry and sent several reminders but to no avail. I was told that the lady employee who was dealing in the subject was on leave for about 5 months. My EPF No. is AS/941/4249
