Not working

This is with reference to the mother board that I have purchased from your company. I have purchased this mother board on Sea Tech Ahmedabad Gujarat India Dated 11th March with Mode K8S-MX, serial no. 54MD099529. This motherboard has already been repaired once for the problem of display while it was in the warranty period. Now again I am facing a problem with the mother board again and when I went to your service station to report to the problem, your technician say that they will not repair in as the warranty to the Mother Board is over. I agree that the warranty is over but does that mean that I am supposed to dispose off the Mother Board. I am ready to pay for the service but still your technicians stay stubborn at not repairing the same.
