All,

I had a bad experience with my builder M/s Athreya Enterprises, Madipakkam, Chennai-91, India. The following are major problems with my builder:

* No proper construction specification in construction agreement.

* Additional claims where construction spec. not defined.

* No clear cut definition for modification.

* Cheating on plingth & common area sq.ft. calculation.

Please be careful on the above builder..
