I purchased an Atlas Evolution Cycle on 13th July from Just Buy Cycles Anna Nagar Chennai-600 102 at a cost of Rs. 4, 750. Within a week the front tube came out from the wheel and burst while driving. This happened not because of my mistake, but design failure. If you are designing alloy wheels sufficient grip provided in the wheel rim and diameter of tyre rib is reduced as compared to steel wheel rim. I complaint to Just Buy Cycles by phone, at the time they agree to replace the tube but this type of incident should occur in future so that I want to replace the wheels from alloy to steel, they are agree to replace the wheel. While submitting the cycle for rectification they are agree to pay the difference of amount after completion of work, but after rectification they are not paying the amount. Job sheet No 605 of 26th July. (Nearly Rs. 800 difference for alloy wheel and steel wheel).
We can take tube from tyre without any tools only two finger is enough for removing the tyre and tube from the wheel, because the tyre and wheel rim clearance is more. But we are not able to remove the tyre in steel wheel rim without using the tools.
I already complained for this matter but no response. This type of complaints are already lodged in Just Buy cycles. The company as well as the Owner of the Just buycycles, Anna Nagar is not taking any action.
