At the of withdrawing the money balance has been deducted but i did not get money

It's chaturbhuj sharma, a/c no-00000010989333826, card no-6220180016400042418, On 10/08 at the evening time i was withdrawing the mony from Axis bank (place-Airforce station bareilly, atm id-S1AC2054) got message UNABLE TO PROCESS but my money has been deducted from my account INR 1000.
