Not issuing new ATM CARD

Sir,

i sarathsankar k p having accout in central bank of india, in peoples dental college bhopal branch with an account number of 3015431394 and i lost my ATM card on july and i put compaint for same and reminded several time, that were neglected by the officals.please do needful for this.
