might be u know that ATM /debit card can be used in purchasing without pin no. SO in case of theft, u can lose good money directlyfrom your accounts.

So bank should give the facility for reducing or no limit of purchase as per user. But some bank saying it is not possible. So please check with your bank... ATMcum DEBIT card...
