ATM DEBIT CARD
Twice debiting the ATM withdrawal

I had withdrawn Rs.3500/- using my ATM Card from my SB Account no.10923703818 on 12th June, but on verification of the Account Statement, I found to my horror that the same transaction has been recorded twice and the amount debited twice. Please rectify the mistake.
