Australian lottery
Whether the company is genuine or fake

Sir, We have received a mail stating that i have won one million us dollars in an Australian Lottery and we are told to contact Loomis Finances and Securities. I contacted them and they told us to pay their security charges. Only then they will hand over the money. I asked them for the authenticity proof and they sent me a certificate of the winning amount. Please let me know that whether this company is genuine or fake?
