Sir/mam i had got mail from somebody stating that i won the lottery of $200000.00 and asked me to submit money for making legal documents.shall i belive on them? or all these r froud? is there really any agency which is really working for this lottery? if yes, is it govt approved?? kindly suggest as i am really in puzzle. thanks a lot dr.mahesh
