Quantity in measurement complaint

I am siva prasad from Trivandrum.

The indian oil dealer at NH bypass road, Muttathara Trivandrum 8. (phone number 0471-2456111).

Is not filling the auto gas properly.

If the meter shows 20 litres only 15 litres goes inside the tank.

It is the mall practice done in the meter by the Indian Oil Dealer.

I have complainted to the indian oil representative in Trivandrum but still it is not rectified.

So i humbly request you to please look into the matter immediately.

I also want to know if there is any method to check the quantity and quality of the gas.
