Autorickshaws Black & Yellow ones have been creating Rampant Nuisance in Residential Areas by Raising Accelerator & making Very very Loud Noises & creating Noise Pollution. Not only this these Monsters have been Emitting Smoke While Raising Accelerator & creating Nuisance in Residential areas in Bangalore.
I request the Traffic Police to take Stringent action against such Monsters who have been creating Havoc in Residential areas. I request the Traffic Police to Fine Such fools
