Autorickshaws in Residential Layouts in Bangalore creating Loud Noise Pollution at all the Odd times With Roaring Deafening Banging Noise of Silencer, Raising Accelerators for long times disturbing the sleep of Entire neighbourhood. Creating Rampant Nuisance at all the Odd times early morning 4 o clock, 5 o clock, midnight 12 o clock.

I request the Traffic Police to seize such Autorickshaws & Fine, take Stringent action

I also request the RTO to seize such Autorickshaws with a Loud Roaring Deafening Silencer. What is surprising is No Action has been taken by Traffic Police.
