I want to complain against auto rikshaw driver. Following are the details.

Nature of complaint- Overcharging, False meter reading, Rude behaviour.

Dear Sir,
Today on 27 may m sister and her children came from Khamgaon.
They dropped at wakadewadi around 5.30. They hired an auto. Being new
to Pune she asked me about the auto fares as autowala asked 10 rs
extra for luggage. Considering the odd time and the need to reach home
I asked her to accept it. The deal was done.
When they reached at my place right bhusari colony auto driver asked
for 170 rs. On asking clarification he replied meter reads 12.30 its
charges and half returns charges. usually meter reads 10.10 from
wakadewadi to my place in BHusari colony. I just have travelled by
auto on the same route two days back so I remember. it should be 83
rs. When I asked the driver why half return he and his friend started
shouting. As children were waiting and I had to end it up. Overall the
matter was very depressing and painful. The rude behaviour of few
drivers is defaming all Auto drivers community.
Kindly look into the matter and help the commuters and honest and
polite drivers.
