I am Prabhakaran. I reserved two A/C III tier tickets for Mumbai CST on 7th of october at 8:15 in the morning and eventually cancelled it at 04:10 in the evening due to cancellation of the trip. I filled the forms and proceeded to the counter. The counter staff told me to sign the ticket. which was no where mentioned in the form as a procedure of cancellation. I kindly requested to her to lend her pen. She could have refused it. but she shouted at me loudly. and asked me irrelevant questions.
She refused to cancel my ticket. and told me to do what ever i can do. When i told her i would be registering a complaint she said it would be useless.
The counter staff at counter number 2 at Avadi computerised reservation center at 4:10 pm was actually rude to everybody. I request the higher authorities to make her realise that they are working for the customers. and they have to atleat respect them.please respond to this mail by replying back so that i can make sure that the senior management has acted upon it.
