I got this product in end of July and after some month i faced problem on keypad. I went to sony erricssion showroom but they are helpless because this product is not from India. After that i called you on 25 November and i got responce from your side that we will replace the product .. But uff, for picking my product i have to call n number of times from November to Feb after that they pick my product.
Now in the same situation i am to getting my product back i am calling you each week and i am getting same news that you will get this product in 4 to 5 working days with some reasons.
I talked many persons like Vandana, Aman, Amit, Gopal, Amit arora and more (not remembered all names). Also today to Rohan and same answer we take this as high priority list and i promise you will get product in 4 to 5 workid days.
Before that Amit arora on 29 Apr on anycase you will get before 9 May. but still not :(
Can any one tell me why u all are doing like this. If i purchase a product from you because i need for it but from 6 to 7 month its with you then why should i purchase anything from you. I think why i ask for replace, for this i called you itself of Amount more the some Rs, 4000.
Anyway just tell me when i can get my product back or it is possible from your end or not.
