RES SIR/MADAM,

I order Sony digital camera (DSC 730) from AVA MERCHANDISING PVT. LTD dated 22 September on phone call. Till now i did not received my order

They send me princess pearl set which are free gift / offer of purchasing any single product from the company. I call there customer care executive 8/9 times but they did not give proper information of the order status of the product. They give courier docket number for me, but that Courier Company refuses that number and tells me this is invalid number. I can check that courier company website but number is invalid

So request you please pay attention of my complaint against AVA MERCHANDISING PVT. LTD
