with due respect I, sukanta kumar jena, working at ICICI prudential, beg to state you that i have got a scratch card coupon from sodexo assuring me a free gift.after I scratched the coupon I won a Pearl Set worth Rs.2990/- only. I had to pay Rs.490/- as taxes and handling charges to AVA Merchandising through my credit card in their website www.avamerchandising.co/sodexooffers.html. I paid the amount on 25/11 & my transaction id is 20081125461688 & tracking no.-SO3476.they promised to send my gift within 21 working days but even after so many days I have not received their gift. So, i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.please take some serious action..
