Delay in delivery of packet

Dear sir,

One of My customer AMK exports delhi has booked a packet through ur awb no. 115624875 dt.08.10.08 frm your south delhi. Which received in ludhiana on 11.10.08 which is too late. Ok On 11.10.08 saturday I called morning 11.30your local receipt office 0161 5050672 and madam asked me boy has gone for delivery. But till 4 o clock when no person came, i again called up your office 4.15 then she hold my phone & talked with boy/agencies whom she gave the packet and told me that boy has taken the dox at home & he will come to offiice at night 8.30 note the no of his boss 93164 33671 lucky talk him on 8.30.

What is this? Is it a professionwaorking. There is very importatnt dox in packet. which we require urgent. But we can not do nothing. Our company is exporter and prensentlt we are working good professional courier DHL & blue durt. Today seeing your service i am very disappointment. I do not know whether we will get the dox today or not.

To see the attitue of your staff i never prefered trackon.
