This is in reference to the credit card 4718630000385194, I had called to at the helpline number given on the statement received on 27/11/07 to check what the previous balance of Rs. 0.65 means and the Payment due date says immediate, the call was answered by Mr. Rakesh Kashikar who refused to help then the matter was escalated to Mr. Sativel (supervisor) he was also unable to solve the query, then to Mr. Inderjit Singh (Team Leader) who then escalated the call to Mr. Navin Jain (floor Manager), he was also unable to resolve the query and was very rude and raised his voice on call as well, he said you need to make the payments on the account as per the charges raised with immediate effect. I had asked him to give me the reference number for the call he refused for the same also refused to register a complaint against the previous persons I have spoken with, the duration of this call was for 1 hour 45 minutesthe call was made at 10:00PM on 28/11/07. I had asked to arrange for a call back to explain the charges raised and also arrange for a correct statement he refused for the same and disconnected the call.
I have used this card for the first time and as per me there is no brought forward amount on the bill, also the excess charges raised on the bill other then the original transactions done by me are incorrect, hence there will be no payments made to this statement dated 15/10 - 15/11 till the time I receive the correct charges in black and white and compensated for the monies and time I have wasted on the call. I dispute the payments and poor customer services provided
