Oad band not working

Hi

i was using from last 2 month internet connection.. suddenly last 20 days was not worked but the telephone is working.. the problem is in the modem was not blink internet lamp. i was complainted to customer care but they are tell unnecessary reasons.. i am doing home based job so please come and solve the problem at shortly... thank you
