This is deeply requested to inform you that I have purchased readymade Cargo from BAAZAR KOLKATA [Below I called B.K.] A Unit of BAAZAR RETAIL LTD., A4 AKASH GANGA COMMERCIAL COMPLAX, SUPELA, BHILAI, CHHATTISGARH 490023, PH.NO. 0788 3201745, TIN NO.: 22934103492 on 22.10.08, Time 09.53 p.m. (Other Details: Cash Memo No.-T4/00016561, Code- W348984, Particulars- MPC, Rate- 995.00, Qty-1). But unfortunately that Cargo was defective which I found after delivery on 23.10.08 at 11.30 p.m. after that is want to exchange that him instead of another one of the showroom of B.K. but the employees is not responding in any way and also there behavior is very rude. Please do the needful action as per your law.
