PF status is ambiguous

PF settlement Form (10C and 19) for the PF No. AP/44454/005455 (to credit into the HDFC A/C 05451610158175) has been submitted in the RPFC on 12-Feb.

I was informed by PF Office, Barkatpura that 2 checks were sent on 13th Mar 09 and 23rd Mar 09. However, I found out in HDFC Bank that 2 checks were not presented till now and no transactions were found in the account related to the above checks.
