Bag it Today (India Today)
Non Receipt of Ordered Item

I have ordered a men's wallet from Bag It today website on 22/12 with the order number 1001475893. But I am yet to receive the ordered item. I have tried contacting them through mail (membership@bagittoday.com). There is no reply from them even after remainder mails. But they happily continue to send me mails about other products.

I request them to look into this issue immediately and dispatch the item or refund my money back immediately.
