Bajaj Alliance Accepts Claims

Having closed my claim. I would like to register a strong protest against the treatment provided to me from you Company.

I am listing down the complaints against you company -

1) My claim was registered on 31st January. Despite repeted requests the car was looked upon only on 5th February. 6th Day from the registration day.

I am not sure if you have a policy as to maximumam how many days sould it take to clear a claim?? Or it will depend on the wits and fancy of the surveyor.

2) I recieved a call from the surveyor today morning asking for a graphical description of the accident. I tried to provide the same but he was never convinced.

3) He said and I quote - " You are trying to cheat. I will go down back to your car along with your service advisor and call you back". This call never came inn.

4) One of your Bajaj Allianz surveyor told me that you have made a mistake. You should have smashed the entire bumper and the door driver side with a stone then your claim would hav been through.

Dear Mr. Harendra is this the way to get a claim through??

Is this the way you have trained your surveyor to talk to your customers??

Do you and your surveyors feel that a 8.5 Lac car will be scratched by the customer to get a false claim of Rs. 35000/- from the Bajaj Allianz. This payment too will be paid to Ichbann Honda directly.

I am quite sure this complain will also fall on deaf Ears. However it is my duty is to make to complain before I exit the relation with your company.

If possible please explain to me why my claim has been rejected.
