Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to make a complaint against Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. that i am an insurance agent in bajaj allianz life in Jaipur, Rajasthan and due to need of an investment i have bought a product from Bajaj Allianz Life with Premium of Rs. 18000 in my name (Ajay Kumar Agarwal). This policy has been issued on dated 24.03.2009 and i have got the same on dated 01.04.09 and after checking the same. Bajaj Allianz is charging very high exps. in this product (Century Plus - II). and decided that i have to return this product under 15 Days freelook period.
and next day on dated 02.04. i have returned original bond with an applciation at bajaj allianz lief office, and in this reference on dated 08.04.2009 i have got an sms from Bajaj Life that i have cancelled freelook request but i have never cancelled this request.
in refrence of this SMS i have written a mail to the bajaj allainz immediately and informed on phone to the divisional manager sales - bajaj allianz sh. Ritesh Srivastava.
But after many days on dated 21.04.2009 i have got reply from company that becuase of that i am an agent also so company can not give me freelook benefit.
I am very surpirised that how Bajaj Allianz Life company can do that with me becuase i am an customer also and i have all the rights reserves as all the customers have.
